Wisdom Rec 2 Rec is working exclusively with one of the most established and highly respected recruitment agencies in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a genuine warm desk opportunity. You will be inheriting live temps, existing clients, and ongoing revenue from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a live desk and make it your own.
THE ROLE
This is a sales driven recruitment role. You must be confident on the phone, proactive in winning business, and motivated to build relationships.
You will be responsible for:
• Developing new client relationships
• Growing and managing existing accounts
• Placing commercial office based temporary staff
• Building a consistent pipeline of placements
• Taking ownership of the desk and growing it
Full admin, payroll, and compliance support is already in place, allowing you to focus purely on sales, placements, and revenue generation.

WHAT’S ON OFFER
Up to £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
9 day fortnight – every other Friday off

WHO THIS ROLE SUITS
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, confident on the phone, and motivated to build and grow their own desk.
Recruitment experience is highly desirable. However, it is not essential if you have a strong sales background, a proven track record of winning business, and are currently working in a sales focused role where outbound calling and relationship building are part of your day to day activity.
The key requirement is drive, confidence, and the ability to pick up the phone, win business, and generate revenue.
