360 Recruitment Consultant – Automation / Pharma / Life Sciences

Location: Redhill (4 days office-based, 1 day flexible WFH)

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + uncapped commission

A leading specialist recruitment business is seeking an experienced 360 Consultant to join its high-performing Automation, Pharma & Life Sciences team. This is a desk with exceptional growth potential, backed by a long-standing reputation in technical recruitment and strong client relationships, with a particular focus on expanding across the US market.
