IT 360 Recruiter – Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: c.£30,000 basic + 15-25% commission (on everything billed, no threshold)
Location: Fully office-based, Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

If you have a proven track record in billing £150k+ annually and expertise in recruiting for Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Mobile App Developers, and UX/UI Designers, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As an IT 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You’ll play a key role in growing our client base, sourcing top talent, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment – business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the tech industry.
- Proactively identifying and approaching potential candidates using various sourcing techniques.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Achieving and exceeding targets with a competitive commission structure (15-25% on all billings, no threshold).
- Keeping up to date with market trends and industry insights to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Proven track record of billing £150k+ per year within IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Software Developers, DevOps, Mobile App Developers, and UX/UI Designers.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a small but vibrant office environment.
- Competitive basic salary of c.£30,000.
