We’re Hiring: 360 Recruiter (Cyber Security / IT /Tech) – Brighton
Office based, up to £40k doe plus uncapped commission

Our client is part of a recruitment specialist who delivers excellence in Cyber, Cloud & Infrastructure roles. We partner with organisations facing evolving digital threats, helping them close skills gaps and build high-performing, resilient teams.
What we’re looking for
A proven 360 Cyber Security Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Sourcing and attracting high calibre cyber security professionals (from entry-level to senior)
- Creating compelling candidate journeys & maintaining candidate pipelines
- Managing client relationships (without naming the client, you’ll be delivering against their security hiring objectives)
- Negotiating offers, closing roles, ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout
- Based in Brighton – join a vibrant tech / security scene
- Work with a specialist recruiter with deep domain knowledge and strong credentials in Cyber, Cloud & Infrastructure recruitment
- Great opportunity to grow your own network, work across multiple clients and broaden your expertise
✔️ 1+ years full-lifecycle recruitment experience in cyber security or related field
