360 Recruiter – Industrial Temps

Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: £30-£40k DOE + uncapped commission

Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for the industrial temp sector? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates? We’re looking for a 360 Recruiter to join our clients thriving team and make an immediate impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Full 360 recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the industrial temp sector.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Managing your own desk, hitting targets, and growing your network of candidates and clients.
• Handling all aspects of the recruitment process, including contracts, onboarding, and compliance.

• Proven experience within industrial recruitment, particularly temp or contract placements.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Confident in client management, with the ability to secure new business and manage covenants.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
