Industrial Division – Temporary/T-P focus

Location: Dartford (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office) with occasional travel to Head Office in Crawley especially during probation

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic DOE + Commission (10-20% no threshold)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

A well-established recruitment agency with a strong reputation in the industrial sector is looking for a motivated Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. The Role

This is a warm desk focused on temporary industrial recruitment, with an existing client base and plenty of scope to develop further. You’ll manage client relationships, deliver an excellent service to both clients and candidates, and be confident in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of industrial clients, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
• Source, interview, and place quality temporary candidates across a range of roles.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and support overall business growth.
• Ensure all compliance, onboarding, and administrative processes are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to team success.

• Experience in recruitment (industrial, warehousing, logistics, or similar high-volume sector preferred).
• Confident in client management and business development.
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Competitive salary up to £35,000, plus uncapped commission.
