Recruitment Resourcer Basic salary - Up to £30,000 DOE , OTE , £45,000

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will:

• Engage with candidates over the phone, building strong relationships and understanding their career aspirations.
• Identify and connect with high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants who will mentor and guide you to develop your skills.
• Track your progress through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, continuously improving your performance.
• Provide valuable leads and market insights to the delivery team.
• Maintain and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
