We are so excited to announce we'reworking with an award-winning recruitment company with over 20 years experience specialising in Procurement and Supply Chain who have recently opened up a new office in Dubai and are looking for experienced 360 recruitment consultants to work there.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to work in Dubai city centre, in stunning offices including access to a pool, where your VISAs and all travel expenses are paid for. This company has won multiple awards for their diversity & inclusion, recruitment standards, recruitment strategy, and many more, year on year and I feel honoured to be partnering with them to expand their new Dubai office.

We are looking for successful, 360 recruiters who can demonstrate a proven track record of winning new business and placing candidates within either the IT/Tech, Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain space. You will be a £150k+ consistent biller. My client is offering uncapped commission, no threshold and hybrid working. Basic salaries ranging between £40-£60k (tax-free) dependant on experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in procurement consulting or in-house procurement especially within professional services, utilities, or FMCG industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategy, tendering, contracting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver value.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to make a mark in a collaborative, high-performing consulting environment.
