Location: Braintree, Essex Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £70,000+ Must be car owner/ driver due to location
Billing Target: Must have previously billed £200,000+ annually

As a 360 Recruiter, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—driving business development, candidate sourcing, client relationships, and placements—across your specialist sector(s). You’ll work autonomously and collaboratively within a vibrant, goal-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: From initial client briefing through to placement and onboarding.
- Business development: Actively generate new client opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
- Candidate sourcing & engagement: Utilize headhunting, networking, job boards, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Client liaison: Deliver consultative service, shaping job specs and advising on market realities.
- Negotiation & closing: Confidently manage offers and placements to maximise success rates.
- CRM & reporting: Keep accurate records, track pipeline, and report on performance metrics.
- Competitive base salary up to £40K, with a clear OTE of £70K+.

- Proven experience in 360 recruitment roles across commercial, HR, sales & marketing, IT, finance, procurement, or executive search.
- Demonstrable track record of billing £200K+ per annum.
- Strong sales acumen, business development instincts, and revenue-generation mindset.
- Degree-level education or equivalent, with evidence of resilience, drive, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy—confident using CRMs, job boards, and recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
