- Exciting opportunity for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant – to set up new division.
Location: Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid – 3 office / 2 WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + 10% Flat Commission (No Threshold)

Are you an experienced engineering recruiter ready for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a permanent recruitment specialist to drive growth in the booming Kent manufacturing and engineering market. What You'll Be Doing- Building and developing a 360° permanent engineering recruitment desk
- Placing skilled technical professionals across the Kent region and beyond
- Developing new business in the manufacturing/engineering sectors
- Leveraging your network and market knowledge to create opportunities
- Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team – with future access to resourcing support
- £35k–£45k base salary, dependent on experience
- 10% commission from your first £1 – no threshold
- Team bonus – up to £600/month
- Hybrid working (1–2 days WFH) for the right candidate
- Supportive, non-KPI-driven culture – we trust you to get the job done
- Free on-site parking at our Maidstone office
- Top tech stack, including Salesforce CRM
- Proven experience in engineering or technical recruitment essential
- Backgrounds in temp, perm, or dual desk considered
- A book of business or transferable clients is a strong advantage
- Stable employment history – we value consistency and professionalism
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Based within commuting distance of Maidstone (or willing to travel)
