Full-Time | Office-Based | 180 Role
A leading specialist in white-collar construction recruitment is looking for a confident, curious, and proactive Resourcer to join their design and technical division, focusing on the residential construction sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside the company director, gaining hands-on training and mentorship from someone who’s passionate about developing talent.

What You'll Be Doing:- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct outreach
- Building and nurturing relationships with skilled professionals
- Creating and managing strong candidate pipelines
- Supporting the team with live roles and market insight
- Asking insightful questions and always looking to learn more
- Potential to take on vacancies directly and gain client exposure as you grow
- Resilient and people-savvy – able to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
- Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone and happy to take the lead in conversations
- Naturally curious and enthusiastic about connecting people with the right opportunities
- Resourceful and proactive – you enjoy searching, finding, and thinking outside the box
- Eager to learn and grow within the resourcing space
- Ideally early in your recruitment career and looking to be part of a supportive, ambitious team
- Up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Commission scheme that rewards progress
