An established, independent recruitment agency based in Gillingham, Kent is looking for a driven and dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their permanent division. With over 25 years of industry presence, they’ve built an outstanding reputation for delivering tailored staffing solutions across the South East.

???? The Role:- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from client development and job briefs to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the commercial sector (including admin, customer service, sales, HR, finance, etc.).
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and market insight.
- Advertise roles, screen applications, and match the right talent to the right opportunity.
- Keep CRM and compliance documentation up to date and accurate.
???? What You’ll Bring:- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within the commercial or professional services sector.
- A confident, consultative approach with excellent client-facing skills.
- A natural flair for business development and building trusted partnerships.
- Organised, motivated, and results-focused with a passion for quality service.
- Able to work 100% office-based in Gillingham.
