Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office
Salary: £25,000 – £45,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Technology sector
- Building and nurturing relationships with tech clients – from scale-ups to enterprise leaders
- Sourcing top tech talent across areas like Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, and Product
- Advising clients and candidates with market insight, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
- Driving new business development through networking, social selling, and outbound outreach
What We’re Looking For- 1+ year experience in recruitment (tech or related markets preferred)
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong commercial awareness with a passion for tech innovation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to hit and exceed targets
