Location: London, Hybrid 3 days in office
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27k - £40k basic dependant on experience
We’re on the hunt for a driven 360 or Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join one of the UK’s most respected recruitment partners who specialise in Finance, Tech, Engineering and Defence. With multiple offices in the UK and Asia you’ll be joining a team that blends decades of experience with a seriously modern mindset. What You’ll Be Doing:- Partnering with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
- Building lasting relationships with talent and decision-makers alike
- Bringing ideas to the table and shaping how we work — innovation welcomed
- Meeting (and smashing) revenue targets while having fun doing it
About You:- You’ve got a proven track record in 360 recruitment or are a brilliant Delivery consultant with consistent success in placing candidates within Tech, Engineering, Finance or Engineering
- Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about people, proactive by nature, and always up for a challenge
- Organised, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
