Our client is an established, UK wide specialist Sales, Marketing and Executive Search Headhunting / Recruitment Consultancy, seeking a 360 Recruiter for their Sevenoaks office, up to £40k doe, from these sectors.

Looking to grow key markets across the country, support with candidate acquisition working with several existing Global clients and develop new customers and industry sectors.

Working with industry leading Recruitment and Resourcing Consultants, Executives and Managers, you will learn to develop a variety of skills leading to a high, uncapped earning potential and huge job satisfaction in a determined environment.

Superb training programme and on the job coaching from experienced Directors.

Ideally you should have:

• A proven background in business to business sales
• High levels of integrity and strong business ethics
• A confident and concise telephone manner
• Proactive and positive approach
• A true hunger to succeed, maintaining resilience.
• Strong administrative skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Wish and ability to over-exceed sales targets and KPI’s

• Researching markets and targeting candidates best suited to our clients’ needs and requirements
• Developing relationships with clients, multi-tier account management.
• Capturing information on our database
• Working closely within a great team
• Researching and winning business to develop your client base and pipeline of work
• Coordinating interviews
• Conducting head hunting exercises for client requirements
• Attending exhibition/trade shows
