Our client is a boutique recruitment consultancy led by an experienced recruiter with over 25 years in the industry and a background in corporate finance. The business specialises in placing talent across the creative Media industry including TV, entertainment, and creative agencies with a focus on business operations roles such as Finance, HR, Admin, and Executive Support.

The consultancy is now looking for a 360 Recruiter with experience in the Creative or Media sectors to join on a permanent, flexible or part-time basis. The role will suit someone who thrives in a self-sufficient environment, enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and brings energy, personality, and creativity to their work.

The focus will be on London-based roles within Business Operations functions (Finance, HR, Admin, Executive Support), ideally for clients across the Creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Creative/Media clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, primarily within London
• Source, screen, and manage candidates across business operations roles
• Work collaboratively with the company owner while operating independently day-to-day

• Proven experience in the Creative/Media recruitment space preferred.
• Alternatively, experience in business support recruitment with knowledge of the London market.
• Confident, personable, and proactive, strong cultural fit is essential
• Able to work autonomously within a boutique, relationship-led environment

• Remote role with one London day per week (office space available in central London)
• The business owner is based outside London and commutes in for client meetings.
