We are expanding our team and seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record in 360 recruitment, ideally within construction or technical industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive business growth—all while earning uncapped commission and working in a dynamic, supportive environment.
???? The Role:- Manage and grow a warm desk with long-standing clients in the construction sector
- Source, screen and place top-tier talent in contract and permanent roles
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client partnerships
- Mentor junior consultants and play a key role in team success
- Stay current on industry trends and market intelligence
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in construction or a technical field
- Strong business development skills and a consultative approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Ambitious, proactive and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Base salary of £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
