Associate Director – Accountancy and Finance team

London, UK Basic Salary £65-85k plus commission

Role Overview

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to lead their Accountancy and Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering consistent billings.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Business Development – Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the supply chain sector.
• Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Performance Management – Ensure consistent personal billings of at least £200k per annum, while supporting team members to achieve their targets.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in leading a recruitment team of at least two consultants.

✔ Demonstrated ability to consistently bill a minimum of £200k per year within Accountancy & Finance (ideally in Private Equity)

✔ Strong understanding of the Accountancy & Finance (ideally Private Equity) sector and its recruitment landscape.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
