Recruitment Consultant – European Contract Market

An established international recruitment business is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its growing European contract division.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious 360 recruiter with a strong background within enterprise technology recruitment and experience placing contractors across the European market. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of complex transformation programmes and be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate delivery and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and developing new business relationships across European markets

• Managing existing client accounts and growing long-term partnerships

• Sourcing and placing high-quality contract professionals

• Managing the full recruitment process from qualification through to placement

• Networking within specialist enterprise technology markets

• Developing contractor relationships across multiple European regions

Requirements:

• Proven experience within enterprise technology / ERP recruitment

• Strong contract recruitment background across Europe

• Previous experience operating as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

• Consistent track record of billings and business development success

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, commercial and consultative approach
