360 Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

Location: Haywards Heath (1 day per week working from home)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + commission & benefits

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Haywards Heath. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding sector, where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from business development with schools to candidate attraction and placement – making a genuine difference in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with schools, MATs, and other educational settings.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Source, interview, and build relationships with high-quality teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Match candidates to suitable roles, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including compliance and safeguarding checks.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and activity targets.
  • Maintain accurate records on the company CRM.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • 2 years + 360 recruitment experience is essential, within the education sector.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in business development and account management.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about education and making a difference to the lives of children and young people.
  • Full UK driving licence (for client visits).
