What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true 360 role - you’ll own the full process from business development to placement:
Win new business – prospect, pitch, close, you build and grow your own client portfolio.
Source & place talent – find, screen and present top‑tier candidates across specialist markets.
Manage relationships end‑to‑end with both clients and candidates.
Drive revenue – balance billings with genuine consultative service.
Operate autonomously – set your rhythm and work where you perform best.

Compensation
