What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from client acquisition and job briefings to candidate placement and aftercare
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships across your chosen sector
• Proactively sourcing top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Hitting targets (and smashing them) to unlock uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (perms experience ideal)
• A confident communicator who knows how to build trust with clients and candidates alike
• Driven, proactive, and goal-oriented – you love a challenge and thrive under pressure
• Based within commutable distance to Maidstone and happy to be office-based

• Base salary around £30k, depending on experience
