360 Recruitment Consultant – nr Oxted, Kent/Surrey border

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + competitive commission structure

Location: nr Oxted, Kent (must have a valid driving licence due to the location)

Work Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Building and nurturing client relationships in the Space, Defence, and Aeronautical sectors.
• Sourcing and engaging top talent to meet client needs.
• Developing new business opportunities and contributing to our expanding portfolio.
• Managing the process from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within Space, Defence, or Aeronautical industries.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive mindset and passion for delivering results.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence (due to the location).
