360 Recruitment Consultant, Basildon, Essex based for established and growing friendly team, modern offices, parking paid for. Up to £32k basic plus uncapped commission. Will consider recruiters from any sector, particularly interested in anyone with a book of business. Would build a desk in a new vertical with the full support of resourcers/compliance team. Particularly looking for strong permanent billers with good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Drive New Business: Engage in full-time cold calling to secure new industrial clients.
• Earn Generously: Benefit from a £28–32K base salary plus 12.5% commission up to £15k billed monthly and 15% over £15k.
• Expand Our Reach: Target clients across Kent, Essex, and London without location restrictions.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our resourcing team to ensure client satisfaction.

Who You Are:

• Sales Enthusiast: Thrive in cold calling and building client relationships.
• Ambitious Achiever: Motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
• Industry Experienced: Background in recruitment is essential, but our client will look at any recruitment sector background if you are a proven biller.
• Must have good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter

The 360 Recruitment Consultant, Basildon, is a fully office-based role, working Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30pm. Friendly and modern open planned office, great team spirit.
