360 Recruitment Consultant, Central Brighton, up to £45k basic OTE £200K for leading executive search recruiter. Working across Tech, Automotive, Engineering, Cyber Security and AI. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process:

• Business development: source new clients and manage existing relationships across corporates, SMEs, and high-growth start-ups
• Talent acquisition: identify, attract, and place high-calibre tech professionals across Europe
• Candidate management: build and maintain high-quality, high-volume pipelines
• Negotiation & closing: drive deals from first conversation to contract, maximising revenue
• Collaboration: work closely with Team Leaders and Business Development Managers to strategize and execute
