Recruitment Resourcer

(Blue & White Collar Construction)

Location

Bromley, Kent – Office-based, 5 days per week – close to train station, parking 5-minute walk away, working Monday- Friday 8.30-5pm

Salary & Commission

• Resourcer: up to £28,000 base depending on experience, plus commission (10-30% over base once £30,000 threshold achieved)

You will be joining a fast-paced recruitment business with over 250 open job roles currently, focused on both blue- and white-collar placements. We are looking for driven individuals to help us scale, who have experience in resourcing, sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, and who can hit key metrics and drive successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle resourcing: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for blue- and white-collar roles
• Use licence-based platforms/tools including Vincere, LinkedIn licences, CV Library, Totaljobs, indeed, Lusha to build candidate pipelines
• Cold call / candidate outreach, follow ups, manage relationships with candidates and clients
• Support on candidate interviews, bookings, feedback, offers and placements
• Data management and maintaining accurate records in the ATS / CRM (Vincere)

What We’re Looking For (Person Specification)

Essential

Experience in recruitment / resourcing (especially blue & white collar)

Proven track record of hitting KPIs in a resourcing or full-cycle recruitment environment

Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, Lusha etc.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised, resilient, able to multitask across roles

Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, team player
