Delivery Consultant – Executive Search, FinTech & Technology Software sectors - Hove
Up to £50k basic doe, NO SALES, working for established recruiters who currently bill in excess of £800k yearly! Opportunity to earn great commission as average invoice value is £40k! No threshold for delivery consultants.
Hove, East Sussex – 3 days in the office minimum – fantastic modern offices, parking onsite, gym onsite, break out areas, not KPI driven, regular incentives and trips away for top billers.
Full-Time preferred, part time considered if an exceptional delivery recruiter.

Their model is built around deep market expertise, long-term client relationships and high-performing consultants operating at the top of the market. Their top billers are billing £600k+ annually and need additional support to increase their earning potential.
Role Overview
As a Delivery Consultant within our FinTech & Technology Software practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-value searches on an international basis. You will work closely with our top-billing consultants, supporting large, strategic accounts and helping drive continued revenue growth across some of our most significant client relationships.
This role is ideal for a delivery-led professional who enjoys operating at pace, thrives in high-expectation environments, and wants exposure to market-leading billers generating £800k+ annually, supporting them to scale even further.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise & Key Account Delivery
- Deliver end-to-end search assignments for large, strategic FinTech and technology software clients, often operating across multiple regions.
- Support major accounts with ongoing hiring needs, repeat mandates and long-term talent partnerships.
- Ensure consistency, quality and speed across complex international search engagements.
- Partner directly with top-performing consultants (£800k+ billers) to maximise delivery capacity and revenue potential.
- Take ownership of search execution, candidate pipelines and process management, enabling senior consultants to focus on client growth and deal origination.
- Contribute to increasing placement velocity, fee values and overall account performance.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent identification across global FinTech and software ecosystems.
- Engage and manage senior-level candidates across technical, commercial and leadership roles.
- Coordinate interview processes, stakeholder communication and offer management across multiple time zones.
- Act as a credible representative with enterprise clients and senior candidates.
- Maintain a highly professional, insight-led approach throughout the search lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates, market intelligence and delivery insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment delivery or executive search, ideally at senior level and within global markets, including the US, Australia and Europe.
- Experience working on large accounts, retained or contingency search is essential.
- Exposure to international or multi-region searches is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of using LI licence and Salesforce CRM.
- Ideally graduate calibre or equivalent, but happy to engage with senior Directors, a persuasive and engaging personality and strong business acumen.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple high-value searches simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communicator with confidence working alongside high-performing consultants and demanding clients.
- Commercially aware, delivery-focused and motivated by excellence.
