Recruitment Consultant 

Brighton | Office-based | Up to £35k DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering top-tier tech talent into European markets, working with a mix of corporates, SMEs, and high-growth start-ups. A second European language is highly advantageous, as you will be speaking with candidates across multiple regions.

You will be:

• Delivering end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Europe
• Managing high-volume, high-quality candidate pipelines
• Partnering closely with experienced Team Leaders and Business Development Managers
• Working in a high-performance, fast-moving environment
• Consistently hitting and exceeding targets

We are looking for people who are smart, driven, and commercially sharp, with:

• Experience as a 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant
• A proven track record of billing consistently and beating targets
• Experience delivering high-calibre tech roles
• Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
• A strong educational background with an intelligent, analytical mindset
• A strong work ethic, ambition, and desire to succeed
• Experience in technology recruitment (highly advantageous)
• A second European language (advantageous, not essential)

• Base salary up to £35k DOE + uncapped commission
