• £25000-£40000 doe  
• Uncapped commission

• 5 days office based, 1 day wfh after probation based on performance.

• Recruit teachers and support staff for schools in the Chelmsford area
• Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles
• Build strong relationships with schools and educators
• Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
• Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on placements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector

• Must have 1 year plus recruitment agency experience gained in the Education sector (Primary, Secondary or SEN)
• Confident, resilient, and career-minded individuals
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
