 Education – Primary, Secondary and SEN – dual desks

Location: Whitstable, Kent (office-based)

Salary: Up to £35,000 base + uncapped commission

Working Model: Office-based during probation, with the option to work from home 1 day per week post-probation.

This is a 360° Education Recruitment Consultant position designed for recruiters who know how to deliver results. You’ll take full ownership of your desk — driving business growth, nurturing client relationships and delivering exceptional placements in schools and education settings across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and grow your own education recruitment desk, delivering consistent billings and exceeding targets.
• Develop strong client relationships through business development, networking and exceptional service delivery.
• Source, interview and place high-quality teaching and support staff in temporary and permanent roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to placement and post-placement care.
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture.

We’re looking for experienced, proven recruiters who are serious about success and longevity.

You must have:

• A minimum of 1 years in 360° recruitment, with proven track record of billing £100k+ annually or consistently delivering 100+ chargeable hours per week.
• Evidence of long-term stability in your previous roles — we want people who build and sustain success.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• The ability to perform under pressure and exceed targets while maintaining quality of service.
• A values-led approach — doing the right thing while achieving outstanding results.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

• Base Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
• Commission: Uncapped — realistic six-figure earning potential for top performers
