Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own recruitment business in your chosen sector.
• Manage your own desk with complete autonomy and flexibility.
• Focus on delivering exceptional recruitment services to your clients and candidates.
• Drive your business growth and achieve your financial goals.
• Leverage the tools, tech, and support provided to maximise your success.

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven billing track record of £150k+ per year.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in your chosen recruitment sector (perm, contract, or temp desks).
• UK registered or willing to register your business in the UK.

• Manage your recruitment desk and pipeline with complete independence.
• Use the provided CRM system, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed CV database to source top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Focus on delivering results while we handle invoicing, payroll, compliance, and other back-office tasks.
• Grow your business and brand with the support of a dedicated team.

• Start Strong: Laptop, phone, CRM system, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed CV database provided from day one.
• Full Back-Office Support: We handle invoicing, payroll, credit control, compliance, finance, legal, and HR so you can focus on recruiting.
• Branding & Tech: Get your own logo, website, email, IT support, and social media setup.
• Financial Security: Optional salary for your first six months to give you peace of mind while you build your business.
• Transparent Fee Structure:
  • 25% retained up to £200k billings.
  • 10% retained above £200k.
  • No hidden costs — all tools, tech, and support included.

• Bill £100k → You keep £75k.
• Bill £200k → You keep £150k.
• Bill £300k → You keep £240k.
• Bill £400k → You keep £330k.
