Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the construction or M&E contract recruitment market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and place top talent in trades, engineering, and site roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to ensure smooth operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding your network.

• Proven experience as a contract recruiter in the construction or M&E sector.
• A strong understanding of the trades, engineering, or site professional markets.
• Self-motivated and confident in your ability to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
