Job Title: Recruitment Consultant 

Location: Maidstone – Hybrid (3 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £40k basic + up to 25% uncapped commission

About the Role:

Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment agency near Maidstone, is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Recruitment Consultant. This is a 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and sourcing top finance talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the finance and accounting sector.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, networking, and referrals.

• Recruit for roles such as accountants, finance managers, payroll specialists, and related positions.

• Conduct interviews, submit CVs, arrange client meetings, and negotiate offers.

• Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs.

• Stay informed on finance and accounting market trends in Kent and surrounding areas.

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally in finance, accounts, or professional services (agency experience preferred).

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
