Specialising in the construction industry, they seek a Senior Construction Recruiter with expertise in blue-collar trade roles. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and blue-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, and placements.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled tradespeople.
• Business Development: Build relationships with clients, provide tailored solutions, and stay informed on market trends.
• Target Achievement: Consistently exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
• Mentorship: Support junior team members, fostering continual learning and excellence.

• Proven agency recruitment experience in construction, blue-collar, or trades.
• Strong record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented under pressure.

• Skilled in developing new client accounts.
• Proficient with ATS and CRM systems.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.

• Salary: Up to £40k basic + uncapped commission (up to 25%).
