Senior IT Recruitment Consultant
Location: Flexible Hybrid 3 days WFH – Medway
Salary: Up to £40k basic + Up to 25% Commission, Uncapped
About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment agency near Maidstone, is looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to source, attract, and place top IT talent. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth across diverse IT roles from developers to cybersecurity specialists.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT/technology recruitment within an agency.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles (software, cloud, data, project management).
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
