Following steady and strategic growth, the business is expanding and now seeks an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join and contribute to its journey of success.
The Opportunity This is an exciting and rewarding role for a high-performing recruitment professional with a proven billing record of £200K+ per year, whether on contract or permanent desks. The successful candidate will enjoy autonomy in managing their desk, with the added support of a leadership team that values integrity, results, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients, building lasting client relationships that underpin business growth.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placement, ensuring all stakeholders have a seamless and professional experience.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about market trends and developments within engineering, construction, fire protection, housing, and renewables sectors to guide client and candidate interactions.
- Achievement Focus: Consistently meet and exceed billing targets while maintaining high standards in service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment designed to foster business growth and celebrate success.
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, adept at both new business development and account management.
- A strong billing track record, ideally with £200K+ annual revenues on either contract or permanent desks.
- Familiarity with or a keen interest in engineering, construction, fire protection, housing, or renewables industries.
- Highly motivated, confident, and target-driven, with a passion for delivering top results.
- Strong communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive salary: £32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commissions: No earnings threshold, with up to 35% commission on higher billings.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote work flexibility.
