Branch Manager – Southampton

Up to £50,000 base + car/car allowance + uncapped commission

Our client is now looking for a sales-focused Branch Manager to lead and grow their Southampton office.

This is a fantastic opportunity: the branch is already performing well, but there’s plenty of scope for the right person to put their stamp on it, re-engage lapsed clients, expand the permanent side of the business, and develop the existing team of three.

Like all recruitment roles, this is of course a billing position, although you won’t be carrying a personal budget. The focus is on nurturing the team, driving sales, bringing in new and lapsed business, and helping the consultants in the branch to succeed.

The branch is currently very temps-oriented, but this would suit someone from either a temps or perms background with the appetite to broaden and grow the offering. For the right individual, there’s also the possibility of progressing to Area Manager, with responsibility for additional branches.

• Proven recruitment experience (essential)
• Ideally industrial, driving, or logistics sector knowledge
• Strong sales and business development skills
