This recruitment business is seeking a high-performing Marketing Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the Creative, Media, and Digital sectors. The ideal candidate will be a natural business winner who thrives on generating their own opportunities and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a 360 desk in Creative, Media, or Digital
- Generate at least 50% of billings through self-sourced business development
- Manage client relationships end-to-end: winning work, delivering talent, and acting as a trusted advisor
- Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights and helping shape strategy
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive team success while owning personal targets
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in Creative, Media, Digital, or Marketing
- Demonstrable track record of self-generating business (50%+ of billings)
- Consultative sales style with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Resilient, commercially minded, and motivated by results
- Team player who thrives with autonomy and accountability
