Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow a 360 desk in Creative, Media, or Digital
• Generate at least 50% of billings through self-sourced business development
• Manage client relationships end-to-end: winning work, delivering talent, and acting as a trusted advisor
• Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights and helping shape strategy
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive team success while owning personal targets

Candidate Profile

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in Creative, Media, Digital, or Marketing
• Demonstrable track record of self-generating business (50%+ of billings)
• Consultative sales style with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Resilient, commercially minded, and motivated by results
• Team player who thrives with autonomy and accountability
