This model is tried, tested, and built to make independent recruiters successful. You get all the freedom of running your own desk, with none of the hassle of back office, tech, or setup.

What you get from day one:

• Laptop and phone provided
• CRM system fully set up
• Job boards: CV Library and Reed (with CV search included)
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence or Indeed CV database — your choice
• Full back office: invoicing, payroll, credit control, compliance, finance, legal, HR support
• Branding and tech: logo, website, email, IT support, social media setup
• Optional salary for your first six months, giving you security while you build

Fee structure (all-inclusive):

• 25% retained up to £200k billings
• 10% retained above £200k
• No hidden costs — all tools, tech, and support included

Examples:

• Bill £100k → you keep £75k
• Bill £200k → you keep £150k
• Bill £300k → you keep £240k
• Bill £400k → you keep £330k
