Salary: £35k – £45k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £150k+)
About the Company An established recruitment consultancy is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their London team. The firm works with clients who are transforming the energy, commodities, and technology sectors through innovative systems and data-driven solutions. Senior Recruitment Consultant will:- Manage a full 360° recruitment desk, from business development to candidate placement.
- Work with senior stakeholders to deliver critical technology and executive hires.
- Consistently achieve £200k+ annual billings through strategic placements.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and building team capability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and influence.
- Have a proven record of £150k+ billings per year in recruitment.
- Bring experience in technology, data/AI, or executive search.
- Be highly self-motivated with strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach.
- Base Salary & Commission: £35k - £45k + uncapped commission (OTE £200k+).
