Salary: £40k – £55k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £200k+)

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will:
- Lead a full 360° recruitment desk, managing business development, client relationships, and candidate delivery.
- Place senior technology and executive professionals in organisations driving innovation and industry transformation.
- Deliver £200k+ in annual billings through high-value placements.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting best practices and team growth.
- Identify and secure new business to expand market reach and influence.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven record of £200k+ annual billings in recruitment.
- Experience in technology, data/AI, or executive-level markets.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused.
