Rural location near Sevenoaks, Kent – Must be a car owner/driver
£22,000 – £26,000 basic (DOE) + £50 placement bonus – Realistic OTE Year 1: £40K–£50K+

We're on the lookout for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you’ve got at least 6 months experience in a busy call centre, telesales, customer service, or sales environment – and you love being on the phone – this is your chance to step into a role with serious earning potential and clear progression.
What you’ll be doing:- Making 100+ outbound calls a day to candidates and clients
- Building relationships, qualifying leads, and matching top talent to exciting roles
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Learning the recruitment ropes with hands-on training and mentoring
- Confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone
- Resilient, competitive, and money motivated
- Hungry to learn, succeed, and build a long-term career
- Must have your own transport – we're based in a rural location near Sevenoaks
- Happy to consider a recent college leaver / graduate with at least 6 months office experience, or from a customer service/sales/hospitality background.
