A well-established, fast-paced recruitment firm in Redhill is looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
This is an ideal role for someone from a high street agency background who thrives on working at pace, managing volume vacancies, and building strong client relationships. You’ll be joining a collaborative and commercial team where performance is recognised and rewarded.

The Role:

• Full 360 recruitment – managing temp and perm roles from brief to placement


• Work across high-volume vacancies in business support and finance


• Proactively generate new business and open doors for the wider team


• Build and maintain strong, long-term client and candidate relationships


• Stay agile and responsive to changing market demands – this role requires someone who can pivot and adapt


• Own and grow your desk with support from a well-established brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment background in a high street agency environment


• Proven experience managing fast-paced, volume recruitment


• A confident business developer who’s comfortable on the phone


• Hands-on biller with a proven track record


• Ideally experience recruiting across finance or business support


• Resilient, adaptable, and commercially focused
