- Commercial Perms Consultant – Inherit & Grow a Warm Desk Location:
Hampshire (Office-Based – 5 Days/Week)
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (Early Finish Fridays)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Looking to take full ownership of a proven billing desk – without starting from scratch?
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Perms Consultant to independently own and grow a warm desk covering the Hampshire market. With existing clients, active roles, and over £10k in monthly billings currently managed on a part-time basis, this desk is ready for someone to take it full-time and unlock its full potential.
This is about autonomy, growth, and real earnings – not endless cold calls.

- At least 6–12 months of recruitment or client-facing sales experience
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach – no hard sell
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face settings
- A car owner/driver (the office is not well served by public transport)
- Up to £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
- 9am–5pm working hours with early finish Fridays
