Locations: Gillingham, Kent & Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (10–25%)
Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid working 2-4 days in the office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
About the Role
Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for the construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding teams in Gillingham and Bishop’s Stortford. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on both blue-collar and white-collar roles within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
- Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, conduct thorough interviews, and match candidates to suitable roles.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients and projects, attending site visits and industry events to expand your network.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, specifically within the construction industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of both blue-collar (e.g., labourers, tradespeople) and white-collar (e.g., site managers, quantity surveyors) roles in construction.
- Skills: Strong business development abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Qualifications: A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the need for site visits.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn between 10%–25% commission, with no ceiling on your earnings.
