Location: Bromley (relocating to London Bridge, with plans for a permanent office in South London/Beckenham area)
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 base + uncapped commission
Commission Structure: No threshold; earn 10% on billings up to £10K/month, scaling up to 35% for £30k+

The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for seasoned recruiters with a proven track record of billing £200K+ annually, whether on contract or permanent desks. You'll have the autonomy to manage your desk, with robust support to help you exceed your targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and engage with new clients, building lasting relationships to expand our client base.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends in engineering, construction, fire protection, and renewables to provide informed insights to clients and candidates.
- Performance Tracking:Consistently meet and exceed billing targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
What We Offer:- Competitive Base Salary: £32,000 – £38,000, commensurate with experience.
- Uncapped Commission: No threshold; earn 10% on billings up to £10K/month, scaling up to 35% for £30K+/month.
