The Role
As a Resourcer, you’ll focus 100% on candidate delivery. Your responsibilities will include:- Sourcing skilled white-collar freelance professionals
- Screening and preparing candidates for client roles
- Managing availability, compliance, and onboarding
- Working closely with experienced consultants to fill live vacancies
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission – earn from every placement
- No cold calling or business development – purely delivery-focused
- Hot desk with high volumes of roles and repeat clients
