Executive Search Consultant (Technology & Transformation)
Location: London (3 days office-based: Mon, Tue, Thu)
Salary: £60,000–£100,000 base + high-earning commission
Our client, a leading management recruitment consultancy's Technology & Transformation division is expanding its executive search capabilities under new leadership.
The Opportunity
They are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to develop retained search assignments across Technology, Change, and Transformation roles. You will operate at senior management to board-level across industries such as Financial Services, Payments, and Insurance.
What You’ll Do:
- Win and deliver retained search assignments in the tech and business transformation sectors.
- Partner with clients at C-suite and executive levels.
- Source senior leadership talent through research, headhunting, and targeted campaigns.
- Drive growth within an ambitious and expanding division.
- Executive search experience (ideally within tech, digital, or business transformation sectors).
- Strong UK market network and deep understanding of client landscapes.
- Confident business developer with a consultative approach.
- Background from a boutique or mid-sized firm preferred (not large agency contingent backgrounds).
- Mature, supportive environment with minimal bureaucracy.
- Strong brand and leadership backing search expansion.
- High OTE potential with top-end commissions.
