What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven experience in 360 recruitment (life sciences or a technical market preferred)
✔ Self-motivated, commercially savvy, and relationship-driven
✔ Comfortable picking up the phone and building from scratch
✔ Based within a commutable distance to Colchester (this is a fully office-based role)
