The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates into exciting roles for our clients. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying client needs to candidate placement, while maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing.
• Sourcing candidates through various methods, including databases, job boards, and networking.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using our internal systems.
• Staying informed about market trends to provide consultative advice to clients.
